We Built the Support Partner We Wished We Had

SupportBull exists because outsourced customer support has a reputation problem — shared call centres, scripted agents and SLAs nobody honours. We do it the other way round.

Our story

SupportBull started with a familiar problem. Founders and operations leads were spending their evenings clearing ticket queues instead of building their businesses — and the outsourcing options in front of them all felt like a downgrade. Shared call centres reading from scripts. Agents who rotated off the account every six weeks. Service level agreements that existed on paper and nowhere else.

We thought the model was fixable. Not by being cheaper, but by being accountable. So we built an agency around three commitments: dedicated agents who stay with your brand, service levels written into the contract with real consequences attached, and reporting that tells you what to fix rather than just what happened.

Today we operate as an extension of our clients’ teams across ecommerce, SaaS and subscription businesses — handling email, chat, phone and social support for companies that are growing faster than their headcount can keep up with. Our agents work inside our clients’ own systems, learn their products properly, and are held to the same quality bar we would apply to our own customers.

The name is deliberate. Support that charges at the problem rather than waiting for it to escalate.

What we actually stand for

Honest before profitable

If we think outsourcing is premature for your stage, we say so on the first call. A client who signs too early churns in four months and tells everyone why — that trade is never worth it.

Accountable by default

Our service levels are contractual, not aspirational. Miss one and the credit lands on your invoice automatically, without you having to chase it or argue for it.

Consistency over convenience

Agents stay on your account for the long haul. Product knowledge compounds, and rotating staff every quarter throws that away along with your customers' patience.

Fix causes, not just tickets

Absorbing the same ticket 400 times is not support, it is a symptom. We report on what is generating contacts so you can fix the cause and shrink the queue.

No lock-in, ever

Every macro, article and SOP we write inside your systems belongs to you permanently. No export fees, no licensing catch, no hostage-taking on the way out.

Invisible by design

Your customers should never be able to tell where your team ends and ours begins. We train on your tone of voice until the seam disappears entirely.

What we hold ourselves to

Accountability over excuses

We publish response times, resolution rates and CSAT whether the month went well or badly. A partner who only shares good numbers is a partner you cannot plan around.

Continuity, not churn

Agents stay on your account long enough to know your product properly. Rotating staff off every few weeks is cheaper for us and worse for you, so we do not do it.

Fix causes, not just tickets

Absorbing the same ticket 400 times is not support, it is a symptom. We report on what is generating contacts so the root cause gets fixed and volume actually falls.

Pricing you can predict

Flat monthly retainers, no per-ticket surcharges, no setup fees, no licence resale margins. You should be able to forecast your support cost twelve months out.

Honest recommendations

We will tell you when outsourcing does not make sense for you yet, or when a lower tier would serve you better. Short-term revenue is not worth a client who feels sold to.

No lock-in

Every macro, article and SOP we build lives in your systems and stays yours if you leave. We keep clients by being worth keeping, not by making exit painful.

Let's talk about your support queue

Thirty minutes, no pitch deck. We’ll look at your ticket volume and tell you honestly whether outsourcing makes sense for you right now.
